The IoD (Institute of Directors) is a business organisation for company directors, senior business leaders and entrepreneurs. Founded in 1903, it is the UK’s longest running organisation for professional leaders.
The IoD stands for free enterprise, entrepreneurialism, wealth creation and good corporate governance. Our objective is to ensure your views are taken into account when the government is reviewing policy, legislation or seeking the opinions of the wider business community.
