Ryan is a passionate advocate of business process improvement with over 19 years business consultancy and IT experience – he is a TOGAF 9 certified Enterprise Architect, PRINCE2 Project Management practitioner and all-round Tech Enthusiast.
He has worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers, CrossWorlds and IBM, and has supported clients throughout the World, including international banks, retailers, manufacturers and pharmaceuticals. Ryan identified that a lot of the techniques and practices being advocated by the large consultancy businesses were often deemed inaccessible to SME’s. Ryan started Jack Enterprises Ltd in 2004 (whilst in Denmark), before moving back to the UK in 2008, with the aim of delivering a software development and consultancy which was accessible for all.
Having worked in a variety of roles throughout his career he has been provided with a wealth of exposure to the challenges faced through businesses large and small and has developed practical skills to help businesses understand these challenges, identify methods to overcome them and measure the success of any change.
