Biography

Programme Manager, Birmingham City Council, Information, Technology and Digital Services

Fiona is a Programme Manager with Digital Birmingham, part of Birmingham City Council, currently working on the Big Data Corridor Project, driving growth and development in the Greater Birmingham and Solihull area through a grant funded programme in conjunction with the ERDF and other partners.  Her aim is to provide access to expert technical and commercial support to allow SMEs to exploit the opportunities of data driven innovation. 

Prior to this Fiona worked in Waste Management and Adult Social Care and has over 10 years’ programme and project management experience in local government.  She delivers transformation in a strategic, business and operational context,  ensuring compliance with statutory and legislative duties driving forward change and continuous improvement to time, cost and quality.   Her focus is one simple vision, to identify, develop and realise effective business change across people, processes and technology to create real value for a business and their customers, partners and workforce.
